Energy Medicine Yoga Workshop

This workshop is FULL. Thank you for your interest, and we hope to see you again soon!

Saturday, August 27, 2022 10am – Noon – Helena, MT

For me, yoga is an invitation to inquire more deeply into the delicate balance of our body, mind and spirit. Chakras, asanas, meditation and dance are all avenues to explore the Divine within and among us.

So imagine my delight to discover Lauren Walker, creator of EMYoga and author of The Energy to Heal. Through EMYoga, Lauren weaves ancient healing methods, including Chinese medicine’s Five Element Theory, into a yoga practice to activate and organize our energy for optimal health and wellbeing.

It’s my great pleasure to invite you to a special workshop here in Helena with Lauren. Lauren hails from Whitefish, and we’re lucky to snag her as she’s in town leading a week-long retreat at the Feathered Pipe Ranch. For more of her work, see EMYoga.net.

Cost: $50.00 – includes workshop and a copy of her book, The Energy to Heal.

This workshop is accessible for practitioners at all levels, giving you the option to go as gentle or as deep as you wish. We’ll incorporate breathing practices proven to balance the nervous system, and meditation techniques. We will be meeting at Helena Community Yoga Studio – 15 W Placer St. Plan to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, journal and an open heart. You are invited to an optional potluck lunch afterwards with Lauren.
